Identifying Your Triggers

What is it that triggers you to feel upset??

  • Listen to your mind and body….pay attention to situations that generate a strong emotional response

  • Write down these “triggers” in a journal. Try to be very specific.

  • If at all possible, find the humor in a triggering situation . This is the fastest way to diffuse the stress response.
